Hello and welcome to Scarlett and the Spotty Dog: an award winning Cakery based deep in the lovely Northumberland countryside. My name is Scarlett and I make delicious and often unusual handmade cakes and biscuits in our farmhouse kitchen using locally and ethically sourced ingredients.
I have created a delicious range of cakes and biscuits-some, I hope, will become new classics and some are twists on the old favourites. I hope you enjoy eating them as much as we’ve enjoyed creating them!
